Two beachfront plots in Shanzu, on the north coast of Mombasa, a short walk from Mombasa Go-Kart. They sit on each side of a beachfront apartment block, and both run down to the sand, with the reef lagoon in front.

One plot is 0.9 of an acre, about 3,642 m². The other is 0.86 of an acre, about 3,480 m², on the other side of the block. Both plots have existing buildings on them. The apartment block in the middle and its land are not part of the sale.
