Daraja Residences

Daraja Residences is a stepped-terrace dual-tower development on Nyali Bridge Road — the only new-build address between Nyali’s beaches and the Mombasa city pulse. Two slim towers of twelve floors, every residence ocean-facing, every floor with a private balcony.

Ground level is a retail boulevard with a residents’ restaurant and ground-floor café. The wellness floor pairs a gym, yoga studio, sauna and spa. The rooftop is a private pool and lounge, terraced for views across the creek to Nyali and back to the city.
